There are things that need to be spoken, for the fairness of being who you are. You don’t have to be someone else just because others painted you as such a person that they expected you to be.

You have been patient enough to keep silent.

Your uniqueness is everything. Your uniqueness is strength.

Simply it does show how sensitive and caring you have been, taking other people’s feelings and expectations first rather than insisting on your own needs.

You are an independent grown-up person who is capable of such an observant view not only for yourself but for others.

Every step would count, the journey itself. The changes are not avoidable, even though you might not see the clear sign from the current landscape. To the end, the tiny ‘decision’ could clear the way, or simply place the seed of your insight on a loop of a habit? Some might say, Yes, a habit is stronger than our own decision-making.

Apply your tiny seed of insight on a habit loop instead of decision-making. Or, decision-making instead of a habit loop. It does worth experimenting with. It will transform into the solid wisdom from the bottom of your bone.
