The bare-footed children, the straight clear eyes of them, seeing so straight at you without any cloud in their eyes.

The hot and humid air of particular Southeast Asia seems to exploit everything as they are from inside out.

Time seems to get much slower in that condition, especially if you are coming from the big city of foreign. The expectation of the constant `convenience ` of the daily kinds of stuff would fail. And it does seem unimportant.
