‘The emotional intelligence’ - 8th November 2020

I heard somewhere that winter comes and spends a world where it snows and everything turns white because people naturally wash away the emotions of the “past” in this cycle. 

May the anger and sadness left behind in the traumatic events and deep in the heart be washed away.

Turn off the outer ‘noise’ and try to create a quiet gap. There are times when you can see your own state of mind at a moment’s notice. For me, when I’m concentrating on a white canvas or taking a photograph, it’s a very precious time to shut out the outside ‘noise ‘and empty the extra thoughts in my head. 

“A choice” with your heart. Don’t get in the way of your own ‘head’. What you can tell by keeping it balanced and quiet.

Even you might feel uncomfortable in the beginning, you will see over the course that you would create your own place of the light, to be yourself, to be heard.

Fears that installed by others will be subsided. You will see through life in a better version of the perception, without being brainwashed by other people’s agendas.

Standing up on your two feet. That is what you will achieve.
