‘The deep forest on the water surface’ - 27th July 2020

Be sensitive to the current surrounding that you are in for one quiet moment.

When you look around, you might feel the internal urge for a bit of ‘change’. Before we could fully understand ‘logically’ through our brain, sometimes, our eyes are slightly faster to perceive what is really happening right in front of you. Though our logic way of thinking would support us to understand ourselves and others, once you start being aware of your thinking patterns. 

No matter what, we do have always something that drives us to move further toward the future. The moment that you can make your mind completely empty, your internal little voices would start coming up on the surface. The creative drive would support us to keep our mind empty by absorbing fully for what you are doing the present moment, just the same way as when you are doing some physical exercise or any sports.

Make your ‘expectation’ as positive as possible. You see it then believes it. Setting your eyes for it, then believe it patiently. Act on the first baby step toward, and then one more step further, one push further, until it would become simply a habitual pattern of yourself until it would become your second nature.

If we write down like this above in a written manner, it does sound easy. Though in reality, we all know that, there would be bumps and internal emotional dramas that you would face. That might be the essence of your own unique story, your own unique way of expressing your ‘art’ of your life.

What is in your mind would show who you truly are. What you see shows who you are, or say, who you would become. So be sensitive to yourself for how you are seeing the world through your perception.
