I am back here and fully energized in a better way!

Since my PC has broken and took for a while to get it repaired, I enjoyed my off-line world in a totally different manner unexpectedly more than I could have imagined. There is so much space and time in silence available without having PC, I literally experienced that, and
though it was not so convenient as all the tasks could be done on PC nowadays including some interactions with other people, I realized that my brain is calmer  (!!!) without exposing myself to so much information out there on the online world even when we are not aware of absorbing it.

During this little break, my interest naturally went toward outside to the nature and the neighborhood surroundings. We are still in the middle of the lockdown here in my hometown, but still I can go for a long walk to the river nearby, absorb myself with taking photographs, writing down my thought, cycling to the sea for one day trip, discovering
little peculiar things here and there for new inspiration which I intend to explore further, and having being inspired by seeing others doing physical exercise outside, started jogging and cycling, paying attention more for my selection of food, etc. Yes, it has been such a resourceful time for self-care, I guess!

A conscious choice and a balance between online and offline – I literally realized this during my break.

With my own pace from now on, I will start over writing!
