‘Quiet your mind’

Quiet your mind, since thoughts would create chaos sometimes, especially before the crossroad. Refocus your energy, the doorway that you are meant to be through, you will reach eventually.
Vision and clarity, in order to get out of the confusion.
If that would be helpful for you to gain a sense of peace, have a break with all the things that you do on the daily basis.
Clear away the ‘noise’ and simply listen to the little inner voices.
As for me, doing art and simply focus on the blank paper right in front of me is always helpful to make my mind completely empty. Or, even just going for walks and taking photographs in order to switch off my mind from the ‘noise’.
