‘The anchor is within you’ - 5th November 2021

The anchor that you need is within you.

What you know and what you have experienced.

One day, in some shapes or forms, you will have to speak out about it.

Somewhere in the corner of your head, you would know it is there waiting to be acknowledged by you and to be spoken out to the outside world openly, yet so far you might have been avoiding those thoughts, feelings and experience that have had nowhere to go really.

You would need to talk. By speaking out you may digest something in you. Since the load on your shoulders will be off, in some way. You may be able to encourage or support someone with your story that might have even seemed bitter to you.

Until now, you may not have been able to speak up. The fear may have been stronger.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to ‘Speak up’. 

Embrace your weirdness. 

We tend to unknowingly avoid facing ‘fear’. There would be undiscovered limited beliefs behind those fear that you might have been holding without even doubting the relativity of your ideas seeded deeply. 

We do anything in order to avoid fear. Even if the answer or solution that you sought after for long is literally visible right at the tip of your nose, your vision might be in a blur state since you are unconsciously afraid of the unknown.

I remember the story of the Frog King that I read in my childhood.

As if life is testing us again, saying that
‘Can you see it through as they are?’
