‘The cleaning of the heart’ - 9th November 2020

A five-minute conversation with an aunt who was cleaning the toilet at work. And what I noticed.

‘By the way, I haven’t cried for months’.  There is stubbornness here as well out of my humble self-analysis.

The aunt’s words. ‘When I see a sad movie and cry forcibly in such a time. We are simply human beings with various emotions. If you don’t take out, your heart will get sick’.

This aunt’s being herself made me laugh and always cheered me up in a number of aspects. She used to listen to music on her old Sony earphones, fluttering her hips, singing humming songs, and happily cleaning the toilet all the time.

‘I’m not good at relationships, so I chose this job, but when I started, there were only good people. Even at this age, the closeness with my work colleagues kept me working here.’
