You could hear the cries of those white seagulls in the early morning soft light. I was still half asleep and dazed. The intensity of the sunlight, unique to early morning, had permeated even my closed eyes. Still lying on a bed dazed, I heard the cries of seagulls. I could feel the sea so close to me. I felt good and relieved to be so close to the earth. As the
sound of the waves approaching, I was slowly waking up to the reality, one more day to go.
