‘Inside out’ - 22nd October 2021

The autumn breeze suddenly brought winter.
I didn’t have time to stroll through the autumn-colored forest, and in no time
the warmth of the stove has set up for us to feel being at home.

My daily life is completely slow and stride right now. This year, I could hear the little whispering voices, saying that ‘let it speak itself!’

Let it speak itself.

In this year, there have been some drastic changes which showed us that nothing would stay the same as before, and one year would pass in a blink of an eye. Simultaneously, when I look back, I notice that there are various accumulations along with the changes. What I valued before doesn’t make sense any longer and what would stay in my mind was
only my thoughts about it.

By changing some of my habits, my thinking process has changed. It has been like a kind of training to distinguish the ‘sounds’, ‘noise’ that occur in my mind. Since all of us have some vices one way or the other. When we are aware of our vices and finally face bad habits
that we don’t like about ourselves for, we could start to tell the difference between what our true ‘voices’ are and craving ‘noises’.

Because it is not black and white.

Since you don’t need to be ‘needed’ to be loved.
