‘The rough precious diamond within you’ - 5th January 2021

Some of our functions seem to be unconsciously paralyzed.

For some reason, we tend to avoid similar situations due to past pain and trauma, and because of various conditions, we feel like we are turning away from feeling a particular feeling unknowingly.

We often do not pay attention to consciously. However, a rough precious diamond is hidden in the part lacking emotion. You don’t have to dig up the past scratches, but you want to cherish ‘to feel the feeling’ fully. The act of creating art can support finding such a forgotten feeling, simply in order to feel.

Standing up on your two feet. That is what you will achieve.
