‘The mirroring in your life’ - 4th October 2020

Depending on the environment, there are many parts that are reflected in the formation of a certain degree of personality. It might be difficult to be aware of it if you continue to live in one place. By incorporating a feeling of openness into your life with certain changes, you would increase and expand a wider field of vision, and with which would lead to hone your own senses. When you get so used to a certain situation, certain circumstances, I think it is because there is a part that becomes auto-pilot when you get used to and kind of predict things for how they are, without paying much attention to it. Thinking of the relationships with others, what you would say and do in your daily lives if you do this, if you act this way, it will be likely to get a reaction like this, or that. Though most of us do those patterns, unconsciously. Auto-piloted. 

Then, once you are aware, like, what did you say? What did I say?  I heard the same story from you before, right? Or, I faced a similar conversation before, right?  Those patterns could be obviously seen often in the digital platforms, I guess that it has to do with the nature of how those platforms are structured, with a quick scrolling method with the timeless flow of information.

‘Slow down and listen’ - I could hear my internal voice. It is time to spend in silence and check up with my own senses.
