‘The unconscious habits and a loop of thoughts’

Thoughts don’t define you, since you are the thinker. 


Though, how many of us, would tend to feel stuck by our own thoughts?


It is hard to notice by oneself for, what kind of reaction you are doing depending on things that happens to the outside circumstances, since it is almost unconscious level.


By consciously looking at the unconscious area, you may come into contact with one side of yourself and understand it for the first time, as if.


Once we would acknowledge such an unconscious autopilot part, which becomes almost a habit, the desired change will naturally come, at least, you will know how to adjust the angle of your arrow to switch. The key idea is to make different choices for everyday trivial
words and deeds.


What is often said psychologically. 80% of how we communicate and interact with people in a daily basis is, in an autopilot-mode, based on the memories accumulated every day, it corresponds ‘naturally’ to the external phenomenon that occurs on that day. Correspondence that seems to be ‘natural’ to your brain from the memory of the past.


We visually recognize a ‘chair’ and sit naturally even before acknowledging it as a chair. If we were trying to verify whether it really was a chair or not, then our brains would get a flat tire.


A similar unconsciousness works in the patterns of thoughts and reactions.


For instance, someone makes a rude statement to you. Do you always have anything in common with the way you react to a certain situation? How far can you explain your feelings accurately? Or, do you tend to become freeze in the moment of somebody being rude and you were supposed to react in some ways, but ended up getting angry a lot later when you went home and nobody was around you?


It is neither good nor bad, it is not which choice is preferable or not, and this only shows WHEREyou have a habit of being almost auto-piloted.
