`Something white` - 19th May 2020

A vision - I was much older in the dream, sort of looking at a far distance. She was wearing a cotton white shirt, which was unexpected, as right now I am not so fond of wearing anything white. In fact, I don`t have any white clothes. She was much more feminine even with her movement, relaxed. Though her hands are expressive in a way that someone who uses hands to create something. Her one-story house was standing in the middle of the green field on the mild hill. There is nothing standing between to avoid any wind. Sort of open from any angles.

There was a canal in the middle of the town. Along the canal, there was a walking path that you could see different faces of people. The white flag on the deck has been placed as if welcoming newcomers any time. Nothing symbolic, simple white.

‘Internal dialogue vs abstract thought #01` - 16th May 2020

Asking a simple question like ‘how are you feeling?’ to yourself.

Then, try to answer from three parts of yours.

From your head (brain)

( Eg. Yes, more or less. But I do have a concern for this, (), or that ()…..blah, blah, blah.)

Then, repeat the question, ‘How are you feeling’ to yourself.

From your heart

(Eg. mmmm…a kind of smokey…logically fine, but somehow feel empty inside my heart, etc.)

Then, repeat the question, ‘how are you feeling` to yourself as if you are talking to a little girl (or boy)

From your inner child

(Eg. Let just feel it. Let just be.)

When you keep writing in this manner,  you might notice layers of your hidden emotions.

By peeling one layer after another, you would find a hint of your honesty, which you would never have thought of.

‘Internal dialogue vs abstract thought #02` - 16th May 2020

`Love yourself unconditionally` - 15th May 2020

A ceremonial act or I don`t know why to the end. One day, I thought of doing this would be a good idea.

So I went to the nearby temple, where there is an old pond, a dead-end pond in the back garden. It was a rainy day, and nobody really was there around.

In my pocket, I was holding several stones that were given by several friends in the past. Some stones have been traveling from one person to another, no idea how many times those stones are traveling in such a manner. Originally, I thought that I would give each stone to a suitable person when I meet somebody in the future. I kept those for a while, most of the cases because the idea of passing these stones fell off from my mind. Though those stones have been displayed on my top counter of a bookshelf, purifying by water on a regular basis.

So this rainy day, I decided to say good-bye to those stones, as I felt like those stones are ready to have a rest in this quiet old pond with all the prayers.
